Troypoint IPTV Refund Policy
Try the service free first. If you pay and it's not what you expected, you've got 24 hours to ask for your money back — no runaround.
We want you happy with Troypoint IPTV before any money changes hands — and we want to stay fair after it does. Here's exactly how refunds work, in plain English.
1. Try Before You Pay — The 24-Hour Free Trial
Every visitor can grab a 24-hour free trial of Troypoint IPTV. There's no credit card needed, no automatic billing, nothing locked behind a deposit. You get the same channels and apps a paying subscriber gets, just for one day.
If the picture quality, the channel lineup, or the app feel doesn't fit your setup, walk away. The trial just expires on its own. To start it, head to the Free Trial page.
2. Money-Back Window After You Pay
If you go ahead and buy a subscription, you've still got a safety net. You can request a full refund within 24 hours of when your paid plan starts. That's the window, full stop — no fine print buried below.
- The clock starts at the timestamp of your first successful payment.
- Request it through our contact page before the 24 hours run out.
- Tell us your order reference and a quick reason — that's it.
- We refund to the same card, wallet, or method you originally used.
3. Who Qualifies — First Subscription Only
The 24-hour money-back rule covers your first paid Troypoint IPTV plan only. Renewals, upgrades on an existing account, and repeat purchases don't qualify — you've already had the trial and a previous subscription to evaluate the service.
If you're worried about an upcoming renewal, cancel it through support before the renewal date and you won't be billed again. We won't auto-charge you if you say stop.
4. When a Refund Won't Apply
There are a few situations where we can't process a refund. They're listed below so there's no surprise later.
- The request comes in after the 24-hour window has closed on your initial payment.
- The account got terminated for breaching our Terms & Conditions — credential sharing, reselling, abuse of support, or similar violations.
- Your Downloader codes, M3U URL, or Xtream credentials have already been issued and used to log in or pull the playlist. Once the keys are out the door, the subscription is treated as delivered.
- A chargeback was opened with your bank before you contacted us (see Section 7).
5. How to Ask for a Refund
Send your request through our contact page. To keep things quick, include:
- The email or username on your Troypoint IPTV account.
- Your order reference or approximate date of purchase.
- A short reason — "buffering on my Firestick", "channels I wanted weren't there", "changed my mind". Honesty helps; we don't argue the reason.
You'll get a reply confirming we've received the request, usually inside a few hours, never longer than one business day.
6. Processing Time for Approved Refunds
Once we approve a refund, the money goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. That window depends on your bank, card network, or crypto provider — we release it on our side immediately, but settlement isn't instant on every rail.
If it's been longer than 10 business days and you still can't see it, check with your card issuer first, then come back to us with the trace and we'll chase it.
7. Chargebacks — Talk to Us First
Please contact us before you call your bank. Nine times out of ten, an open ticket gets the refund issued faster than a chargeback does, and you keep the option of coming back later as a customer.
If a chargeback is filed without contacting support first, we may suspend or terminate the account tied to that payment. We'll always respond to the bank's evidence request with the order details, payment timestamp, and any login or stream activity from the account.
8. Updates to This Policy
We may revise this refund policy from time to time. Any change takes effect on the date posted at the top of the page. If you bought your plan under an earlier version, the terms you bought under still apply to that purchase.
9. Need a Human?
If anything here isn't clear, or you just want to talk it through before subscribing, reach out through our contact page. We'd rather answer the question now than refund you later.
